Columbus Coffee gift cards are a perfect gift idea for friends, family and colleagues. Available from any Columbus cafe nationwide or online here, you can choose the amount you gift (minimum $10, maximum $200) and the card can be redeemed at any of our cafes. Our gift cards come with a card holder for you to write your own message in and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend that your gift card is registered to protect its value. To register your gift card use the card number and four digit PIN on the back of your gift card. Terms & Conditions
•Gift cards have no value until activated at the time of purchase.
•Columbus gift cards can only be used for the purchase of goods at any Columbus Coffee cafe nationwide. No change will be given on gift card purchases.
•Gift cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or used towards the purchase of another gift card.
•Gift cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase and any outstanding balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded to the gift card holder or original purchaser of the gift card or transferred to another gift card.
•Columbus Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
•Columbus gift cards are available at any value from a minimum of $10. The maximum value of any gift card is $200.
•A credit card charge will apply for gift cards purchased with a credit card.

Does my gift card expire?Columbus Coffee gift cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase.
Can I add more money to a Columbus Coffee gift card?No. A Columbus Coffee gift card can only be loaded once at the time of purchase.
Can I get my money refunded?No. A Columbus Coffee gift card is not refundable. It should be treated as cash.
Can I get change on my purchase?No change is issued on a Columbus Coffee gift card purchase.
Can I earn Columbus Rewards points with my gift card?Yes you can earn Columbus Reward Points when you purchase your gift card and when you use your gift card.
How do I check my balance?Visit columbuscoffee.co.nz, register your card and check your balance.
Can I purchase gift cards with a gift card?No. Gift cards must be paid for using cash, debit card or credit card.
Can I choose the value of the gift card?Yes – to any value between $10 and $200.
